Due to cost issues and other requirements associated with obtaining the marine permits, the Lake Hopatcong Poker Swim is cancelled.    We’re sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your interest in this event.   We hope to bring you other exciting events in the future, and we will explore other area lake options to do so.  Until then, we’re still hosting our Lake Hopatcong Open Water Swim Festival on September 7, 2014.   Based on swimmer feedback, our format is expanded this year to included 1 mile USMS, 2 mile Open, and 1 Mile Tom Wear Memorial Swim (open) divisions.  We’re also having a new swim for kids 12 & under (250-300 yds)!   On-line entry opening soon.
